Use a readable source image
A good image reference shows the subject clearly. Avoid heavy motion blur, extreme crops, dark lighting, or objects hidden behind effects. The system needs a clean visual read before it can build a useful 3D interpretation.
- Prefer a full-body or mostly full-body view when making characters.
- Use a single subject whenever possible.
- Make sure weapons, wings, tails, and accessories are not cut off.
- Avoid cluttered backgrounds that compete with the character shape.
Add prompt guidance when needed
If the reference image is stylistically strong but unclear in one area, describe the missing intent in the prompt. For example, specify that the model should be a heroic tabletop miniature, a clean collectible figure, or a print-ready creature with a stable base.
Review before saving
After generation, compare the 3D preview against the reference. If the overall pose and silhouette are right, save it. If the structure is off, adjust the source image or add a clearer prompt before generating again.
